		<description>Hey Liz -- I&#039;m so glad you guys are finding some recipe ideas here... you&#039;re giving me inspiration to post more often! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Getting the pizza crust right takes a lot of trial and error, but once you figure it out, it is well worth the effort.  The reason I like the grill is because it is a lot easier to get a really thin, crispy crust.  I&#039;ve also had some messy disasters making pizza in the oven, so it&#039;s nice to avoid that.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Anyway, love to hear about some of the things you guys are making.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Talk soon... 		<description>Thomas -&lt;br&gt;I guess you are becoming our go-to place for food ideas.  We made this tonight and it was delicious!  I used a no-yeast crust I&#039;ve used for cocas before, as we were already starting cooking pretty late.  I&#039;ll have to experiment a bit more with the crust, it doesn&#039;t crisp up the way I&#039;d like.  But, we also had to cook it in the oven because our grill is out of gas.  :)  Thanks for the great food ideas.  I&#039;ll have to get around to sharing some of our dishes...Josh makes a mean mango quesadilla.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-Liz</description>
